Josh Windt

Josh Windt grew up in NJ, a fan of NJ natives, Bruce Springsteen and Bon Jovi. Even as a young kid he loved all varieties of music with aspirations of one day being in the music business. Josh became a college music promoter, talent buyer, and an organizer of festival sales, booking artists that ranged from electronic, pop, and hip-hop across major college campuses.  His marketing skills brought him to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, booking and promoting show with artists like Marshmello, DJ Snake, Alesso, Waka Flaka, Quinn XCII, and many more.  Realizing his true passion lied in artist management, he began representing electronic artists like Party Thieves, touring him on several continents. 

In 2019, Josh was introduced to Dru and the two began working on a project together. Shortly after, they ultimately decided to form their own music management company, GLÜ, signing artists that span across all genres from country to electronic music.

Andrew Harr

Andrew “Dru Brett" Harr spent his childhood in the smoky mountains of North Carolina and eventually partnered with his childhood friend, Mayne, to form a production duo, The Runners with their love of anything having to do with music. Their first success came in 2005, producing "Hustlin", by Rick Ross.  Dru and Mayne continued their careers by producing songs for famous artists like Rihanna, DJ Khaled, Usher, Justin Bieber, Jon Legend, Lil Wayne, Chris Brown, Machine Gun Kelly, and Jessie Reyes.

They founded the Numbers Don't Lie publishing entity in 2006 and began signing producers and writers adding songs to their catalog by Beyonce, Kelly Clarkson, Kygo, Meek Mills, and more.

In 2019, Dru was introduced to Josh Windt through a project they were working on together and the two soon realized they shared similar dreams and an intense drive to succeed.  Collectively, they established their entertainment management company, GLÜ, in 2021.
